I have removed two pages from this website. In both cases this is because my ongoing research into the history of classic trials is unearthing new and relevant material, almost on an daily basis. I don’t like outdated information to be live on the website and updating the pages takes time. The pages may return in the future, but don’t hold your breath.
- How One Became Three. This page chronicled my early research into how one sport – trials – became three – Classic Reliability Trials, Production Car Trials, and Sporting Trials. That research is still ongoing and it’s a minefield.
- What’s in a name? This page listed sections that had changed their names over the years, sections called different names by different clubs, and sections named after well-known trials personalities. I’m now finding so many additions that I can’t keep up.
